  What is the gift voucher policy for WOW HD?

  A:

  • Vouchers are redeemable online at WOW HD only.
  • Vouchers can only be redeemed at a WOW HD site that supports the currency stated on the voucher. For example, a voucher issued in GBP sterling is not redeemable on purchases made in Euros.
  • Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Vouchers (you cannot purchase a Gift Voucher with another voucher)
  • One or more Gift Vouchers can be redeemed against an order.
  • If the order exceeds the amount of the voucher, the balance must be paid by our available payment options.
  • Vouchers are partially redeemable and it is up to the bearer to use the full value within the validity period. Expiry Dates are provided on all Vouchers and unused portions will expire immediately after the stated expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when expired.
  • WOW HD disclaims all responsibility for any lost vouchers. though please contact Customer Service should you require further assistance.

  What is the promotional voucher policy for WOW HD?

  A:

  • Promotional Vouchers are redeemable online at WOW HD only.
  • Promotional Vouchers can only be redeemed at a WOW HD site that supports the currency stated on the voucher. For example, a voucher issued in GBP sterling is not redeemable on purchases made in Euros.
  • Promotional Vouchers are limited to one use only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Promotional Voucher or Credit Voucher. Gift Vouchers can be redeemed with this voucher.
  • Promotional Vouchers cannot be used during a sale or other promotional period.
  • Promotional Vouchers may not be redeemed for the purchase of Gift Vouchers (you cannot purchase a Gift Voucher with another voucher)
  • A minimum purchase may be required to redeem promotional vouchers.
  • It is the responsibility of the bearer to use the full value within the validity period. Expiry Dates are provided on all WOW HD Vouchers and unused portions will expire immediately after the stated expiry date. Any unused balance will not be refunded or credited when expired.

  How do I use my voucher?

  A:

  Vouchers must be applied during checkout and can never be applied to previous purchases. Please refer to the How do I redeem a voucher? section.

  Can I use promotional vouchers for item(s) on sale?

  A:

  Promotional Vouchers cannot be redeemed on Sale Items. They can only be used for used to purchase regular priced item(s) that you purchase online. Promotional Vouchers must be applied during checkout and can never be applied to previous purchases. Please refer to the How do I redeem a voucher? section.

  How do I find out how much my gift voucher is worth?

  A:

  To find out the amount on your gift voucher please login to 'My Account' on the WOW HD website and select 'My Vouchers' to see the balance of your voucher(s).

  Why don’t I receive vouchers?

  A:

  Make sure you add members@email.wowhd.com to your new e-mail contacts to stop our emails disappearing as junk. We don’t want you to miss out on our special promotions and offers.
