What is your return policy?
A:WOW HD must be contacted prior to a return authorisation being issued. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request and provide you with a 'Returns Form' which must accompany all returned parcels. Full instructions are provided on the ‘Returns Form’. WOW HD will only accept returns for the following:
- Goods damaged or faulty prior to delivery
- Goods supplied incorrectly
- Goods that vary from their description on the website
A freepost address is made available for all item(s) returned adhering to our returns policy (UK and Australia only). Returns from outside these territories cannot be processed through our freepost address, therefore an alternate address will be provided on the Returns Form. Please include your postage receipt with your return so that a refund via e-Voucher can be processed (to a maximum of £5.00 or equivalent).
As an international online store, WOW HD sells products designed for different regions. As such, certain items are only compatible in particular countries and regions. This is of particular importance when ordering console games, DVDs and blu rays. WOW HD displays the format and region of all games, DVDs and Blu rays where applicable. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product they order is compatible with their territory and equipment. Items ordered incorrectly or incompatible with customer’s equipment is not covered by our Returns Policy. However, should we accept your return as a gesture of goodwill a return processing fee of £3.00 applies to any item returned under these circumstances. It will be at our discretion should we accept the returned item. These items are to be returned to us at your expense in an unused, unopened condition without the seals or wrapping being removed or broken.
Note:
- All returns must be received by WOW HD within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your 'Despatch Information' email to confirm this date.
- A WOW HD Returns Form must accompany your return. Any return that is not accompanied by this form will not be given priority or may be ineligible for return. Any ineligible item will be returned to you.
- Fragrances can NOT be returned under any circumstances due to international aviation restrictions.
- We do not accept any returns for clothing item(s).
- We do not accept any returns for Apple iPods.

I received a damaged or defective item(s), what do I do?
A:In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we will exchange or refund the product price via the original method of payment only. If you request a replacement, we will despatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return.
In order to return the product, please refer to the 'Returns Policy' section. You must return defective or damaged goods within 60 days of our original shipment date to you. Please refer to the date shown on your 'Despatch Information' email to confirm this date.
If a product is later deemed to be faulty, normal warranty conditions for that product apply as set by the manufacturer. We recommend you review the warranty information prior to contacting WOW HD

I was shipped the wrong item, what do I do?
A:If you were shipped incorrect item you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the product to be eligible for an exchange or a refund. We will pay for the return shipping for incorrectly filled orders. For instructions on how to return the item, refer to the section titled 'What is your return policy?'

I have ordered the wrong region for a CD, DVD or Game, what do I do?
A:It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that they have selected a compatible product when adding the item to the basket. Game formats and DVD/Blu Ray regions are displayed on the product page prior to checkout. We also provide web links explaining the game formats and DVD/Blu Ray regions. Please contact Customer Service prior to checkout if in doubt regarding compatibility, and we will be happy to assist.
Items ordered incorrectly or incompatible with customer’s equipment is not covered by our Returns Policy. When will my credited card be refunded?
A:All refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method selected by you at the time of your purchase. Additionally, as part of measures we employ to secure your privacy, we will only refund to the card used for the original transaction. No refunds will be processed to any other card. Any amount paid to WOW HD for the item(s) will be refunded as soon as possible.

How long does it take to process my return?
