    How do I change my email address?

    A:

    To change your email address in your profile, please follow the instructions given below:

    1. Login with your old Email and Password.
    2. Once you are logged in, click on 'My Account' tab shown at the top of the web page.
    3. Click on 'My Details' section. Your stored details will be shown to you.
    4. Click on 'Edit Details' and change the email address. You can also make changes to your address in this section.
    5. Click on 'Save Details' to confirm the changes.

    We will send a verification notice to your new email address which you listed in your profile. This may require you to login into your Email account (not your WOW HD account) and click on the provided link. Once you click on the provided link, the changes will be confirmed in your WOW HD account and you can login using your new details.

    Please note that these changes will reflect only in new orders. Any notifications for orders placed before these changes will be sent to your old email address only.

    How do I logout?

    A:

    To logout simply click on the “not [your name]?” which is located on the top right hand side of the screen.

    Alternatively you can click on My account on the top right of the screen. This will now take you to your Resent orders, My details, Vouchers page. On the left had side under “My account” you will find the log out button.

    If you are using a public computer ensure you logout.

    How do I retrieve my password?

    A:

    To retrieve your password, please follow the instructions given below:

    1. Click on "Forgotten your password?" which is located on the top right hand side of the screen.
    2. Enter your email address, click on “Recover Password”
    3. An email will now be sent to your email address where you will need to click on the link to reset your password.

    Can I have multiple accounts?

    A:

    Customers found to have set up multiple accounts in order to abuse our free vouchers will have their extra accounts cancelled. Orders placed using secondary free vouchers will also be cancelled and refunded.
